Job Title : Team Leader Sales

Position Overview

Tekton Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Team Leader (10+ years of experience) to oversee, direct, and grow our real estate sales operations in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, implementing key sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across our residential and commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Team Management & Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Sales Managers / Client Acquisition Managers to achieve individual and collective targets.

* Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company business goals to penetrate local and regional real estate markets.

* Pipeline & Deal Closure: Monitor pipeline health, handle high-value client negotiations, and assist sales managers in closing complex, high-ticket deals.

* Collaboration with Presales:



Coordinate with the Presales/Telecalling team to optimize lead conversion rates and ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.

* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on property trends, competitor pricing, and buyer demographics in Calicut and northern Kerala.

* Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to executive management.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience in real estate / construction / property development.

* Track Record: Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing real estate sales teams.

* Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

* Local Insight: Deep knowledge of the local real estate ecosystem in Calicut and surrounding regions.

* Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is a plus).
