Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions that enhance employee capabilities, support business objectives, and improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging learning solutions aligned with business and organizational objectives.
- Create storyboards, scripts, interactive eLearning modules, and digital learning content.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and business stakeholders to develop effective learning experiences.
- Apply instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model.
- Develop interactive digital learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, DominKnow, Vyond, or Synthesia.




- Research emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative learning approaches.
- Ensure learning solutions improve employee performance and contribute to business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Instructional Design.
- Experience with at least one eLearning authoring tool: Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, DominKnow, Vyond, or Synthesia.
- Strong storyboard development, content writing, and instructional content development skills.
- Knowledge of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and instructional design principles.
- Experience collaborating with SMEs and business stakeholders.
- Robust communication, analytical, and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with learning platforms such as Degreed, Udemy, or Coursera.
- Familiarity with Canva, Visme, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or Murf.
- Knowledge of digital learning trends and multimedia content development.
