Job Description: A leading private sector bank is looking for a target-oriented Team Leader – Credit Card Sales to lead sales activities, drive business growth, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve credit card acquisition targets.
- Drive customer acquisition through field sales and lead generation.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily sales activities.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Train team members and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Candidate Requirements:





- 2–4 years of experience in Credit Card Sales.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with good market knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a field sales environment.
