Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outreach and demand generation campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities across IT and non-IT sectors.
- Manage a small team and ensure achievement of lead gen KPIs.
- Build prospect databases using required tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead gen strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 812 years of total experience with strong exposure to US market research.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold emailing, and demand generation.
- Proficient with tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
