- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and key features to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate and accompany customers during site visits.
- Maintain visitor records and customer enquiries.
- Support the sales team in customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Ensure a skilled and positive customer experience throughout the visit.
