Manual & Automation Testing Agentic AI Onsite Delivery

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Tester with 12 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing,

and a minimum of 1+ year of hands-on exposure to Agentic AI or AI-powered testing solutions. The

candidate will ensure software quality through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect

management, and automation of test cases. Hands-on experience in both testing approaches is

mandatory. This role requires mandatory onsite availability during implementation, UAT, deployment,

go-live, and production support phases.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing.
- Conduct API testing and database validation.
- Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams.
- Prepare test reports, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Leverage Agentic AI tools for AI-assisted test case generation, defect analysis, test data creation,

and automation optimization.

- Must be available onsite during implementation, UAT, deployment, go-live, and production

support activities.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across UAT, deployment validation, go-live support, and

hypercare/production stabilization phases.

- Willingness to travel and work from client/project locations is mandatory.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

- Solid knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
- Programming/Scripting knowledge in Java, Python,



JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
- SQL knowledge for database testing and data validation.
- Defect tracking using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or similar tools.• Experience with Test Management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or ALM.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience or hands-on exposure in Agentic AI, AI-powered testing tools, AI

Agents, or Generative AI solutions. [Mandatory]

- Experience with OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar AI

platforms.

- Ability to leverage AI for intelligent test orchestration, self-healing automation, and LLM-based

test generation.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Mobile Application Testing.
- Performance Testing knowledge using JMeter or similar tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven test automation frameworks and prompt engineering for QA use cases.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Software Testing with hands-on exposure to both Manual and

Automation Testing.

- Minimum 1+ year of experience or hands-on exposure in Agentic AI, AI-powered tools, or

Generative AI solutions. [Mandatory]

Work Mode & Onsite Requirement

This is a mandatory onsite role. The candidate must be physically available at client/project locations

during all critical project phases:

- Implementation and system integration.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deployment and deployment validation.
- Go-live support and hypercare.
- Production support and stabilization.

Strong stakeholder coordination skills are required throughout all onsite engagement phases.
