About us:

SMVA (Jeevan Vijeta Pvt. Ltd.) is an online meditation university. Thousands of students have learned with us through live online classes. We are now building our telesales team.

Role & responsibilities:

- Call warm leads (people who registered with us) in Hindi and guide them to enrol in our paid programs

- Follow up with interested students over phone and SMS

- Update every call in our simple online console (we train you)

- Attend our live webinar so you know exactly what you are selling

Preferred candidate profile:

- 1+ year of telesales / inside sales experience (phone selling)

- Fluent, warm and confident Hindi

- Own laptop,



headphones and a quiet room at home

- Full time, 8 hours a day, weekends included (webinar days), weekly off on a weekday

- Can start within 7 days

Salary:

- Fixed salary: Rs. 20,000 per month

- Plus incentive on every sale you close, paid on top of the fixed salary. No cap on incentive.

Selection process:

1. Short application questions

2. A WhatsApp voice note (your sales pitch)

3. Interview

4. A 3-day PAID trial on real leads - the trial decides the hire
