- Quantity Survey
- Estimation,
- BOQ Preparation,
- Tender Preparation/ GCC & SCC
- Contract Management,
- Budgeting,
- Costing,
- MIS,
- Rate Analysis,
- Cost Management,
- Checking Bills, Claims and Extra Items
Preferred candidate profile
- Engineers with experience in Quantity Surveying -cum- Cost Management and Billing for MEP for Seven Star Hotel Projects.
- Experience in Hotels/Malls/Residentials/Hospitals will be preferred who has knowledge of MEP QS.
- Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD
- MS - Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
