Job Description: PCB Design Engineer (4+ Years Experience) Key Responsibilities • Design multilayer PCBs for high-speed, high-power, and mixed-signal applications. • Execute PCB placement and routing while meeting signal integrity, power integrity, manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and reliability requirements. • Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, SI/PI, manufacturing teams throughout the development cycle. • Conduct design reviews and resolve layout-related issues. • Generate fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing outputs, including Gerber release packages and supporting documentation. Required Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ECE, EEE or EIE. • Minimum 4 years of experience in PCB design. • Strong experience in: o DDR memory PCB layout o High-power PCB design o HDI PCB design with blind, buried, and microvias o Multilayer PCB stack-up planning and routing techniques • Hands-on experience with:



o Schematic Capture o Library Development o PCB Layout Design o Gerber Generation and Release • Proficient in Cadence Allegro. • Good understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes. • Familiarity with DFM, DFA, and PCB design best practices. Preferred Skills • Exposure to signal integrity and power integrity design considerations. • Experience working with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors. • Ability to interpret mechanical constraints and manufacturing requirements. • Knowledge of design documentation and revision control processes. Soft Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated with robust attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet development schedules.
