- Action all the claims received within the stipulated Turn Around Times
- To achieve targets set in the Objectives for the year




- To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirement is met
- To take ownership of assigned cases
- To contribute towards Process Improvement initiatives within the organization
- To adhere to AXA values and attitudes
- To ensure ISO 9001 compliance within the processes followed
- Education- B Pharmacy, BBA, BA, B Com (except technical background)
- Skill sets - Valuable written communication, Eye for detail and comprehension skills
- Experience- 0 to 2 years, Any related insurance or healthcare claims assessment experience (preferable)
