We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in automotive electronics manufacturing, EV chargers, batteries, or related power electronics products. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, scaling up manufacturing, optimizing production processes, and ensuring effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, production planning, and execution.

* Lead manufacturing scale-up to meet growing business and customer demands.

* Manage the complete supply chain, including procurement, vendor development, inventory, logistics, and material planning.

* Ensure timely availability of components and smooth production flow.

* Maintain product quality, safety standards, and manufacturing efficiency.

* Optimize production costs, plant capacity, manpower, and resource utilization.

* Coordinate with engineering, R&D;, sales, vendors, and customers to ensure timely product delivery.

* Handle customer requirements, product quality concerns, and operational escalations.

* Lead production,



quality, and supply chain teams to achieve operational targets.

* Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

* 1215+ years of experience in automotive electronics, EV, power electronics, or related manufacturing industries.

* At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or operations management role.

* Experience in two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or four-wheeler automotive products is preferred.

* Experience in EV chargers, battery systems, battery packs, power supplies, or related electronic products will be highly desirable.

* Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and manufacturing scale-up.

* Experience in production planning, procurement, vendor management, and quality control.

* Knowledge of ERP/SAP and lean manufacturing practices.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
