Inviting applications for the role of FP&A; - Management Trainee

Work location: Noida

Shift: Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an autonomous FP&A; Specialist to own and execute key financial planning and analysis workflows. In this dynamic role, you will lead annual budgeting cycles, construct rolling financial forecasts, and build complex financial models for scenario testing and ROI evaluations. You must have deep, hands-on exposure to variance analysis, identifying underlying cost drivers and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate serves as a strategic business partner to department heads, helping optimize operational spending and evaluate strategic business cases.

Responsibilities





In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to FP&A; domain.

- Annual Operating Planning & Forecast Management: Prepare annual operating plans and periodic forecasts through budget assumption alignment, expense planning, cost-Centre management, and financial model governance.
- Financial Performance & Business Insights: - Drive variance analysis and proactively track risks and opportunities to strengthen forecast accuracy and support informed business decisions along with measuring performance trends across geographies (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong).
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Drive budget alignment, expense planning & monthly/quarterly forecasting.
- AOP & Budget Building: Build and maintain functional budget file & model Management file, execute cost allocation logic, and perform consolidated budget roll-ups during the annual planning cycle.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis & management reporting: Perform ad-hoc scenario analysis to support business queries within required Turnaround Times (TAT) & JV partner Reporting.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- CA/MBA/or Equivalent with proven experience in Finance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- prior FP&A; or Finance Managed Services experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Written and Verbal Communication
- Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
- Proficiency in FP&A; reporting and forecasting tools, and Excel/ PowerPoint




- ERP & Finance Platforms: SAP, Oracle and Sun Systems will be preferred.
- Planning, Analytics & Reporting: EPSi, Tagetik, Power BI, and budgeting/management reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience using tools like Power BI will be an advantage
- Strong contextual knowledge with sound data literacy.
