Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead finance & accounting functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.

- Manage cash flows, capitalization decisions, and investment opportunities.

- Oversee taxation matters and provide guidance on corporate governance best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-22 years of experience in related field (CA qualification preferred).

- Proven track record of success in managing complex financial transactions and projects.

- Robust understanding of business strategy development and implementation.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
