Role & responsibilities

- Manage regional collection operations for Home Loan and LAP portfolios.
- Ensure collection targets are achieved across all assigned branches and locations.
- Monitor overdue accounts, delinquency buckets, NPA accounts, and recovery performance.
- Develop strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve collection efficiency.
- Manage and guide Area Collection Managers, Cluster Managers, Branch Collection Teams, and field collection staff.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance against targets.
- Handle high-value overdue cases, escalations, settlements, and recovery actions as per company policy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Branch Operations teams for effective resolution of overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with collection policies, regulatory guidelines, and customer handling standards.
- Prepare MIS reports on collection efficiency, roll-forward rates, delinquency, and portfolio quality.
