- Meet & exceed business targets in terms of optimum product mix and quality of sourcing
- Proactively understanding customer needs and cross- selling insurance and other products as per the requirement
- Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCHFL brand
- Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure higher conversion ratios between login, sanction and disbursement of files within the prescribed TAT
- Ensure channel empanelment and develop relationships with new connectors and builders
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations and Code of Conduct for business continuity
- Daily completion and submission of tasks to the superiors
- Ensure adoption of the digital tools
