Role & responsibilities -• To ensure maximum Collections and Recoveries
- All Customers to be followed up and visited for Collections.
- Monthly Resolution and Reversal Targets are met
- Providing timely feedback and update to Collections Manager to track productivity and account-wise feedback and thereafter necessary action to be taken.
