Job Description Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors, retailers, and market expansion.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and sales reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in FMCG sales preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of distributor and retail market operations.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
