Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Medical Coding to lead our multi-specialty coding operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in E&M;, ED, and Surgery coding, along with proven expertise in project transition, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations for multi-specialty coding projects.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of medical coders and team leads.
- Handle client interactions, status updates, and performance reviews with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Drive process improvements to achieve quality and productivity goals.
- Oversee project transitions from implementation to steady state.
- Monitor KPIs, quality audits, and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10 to 16 years of experience in Medical Coding (Multi-specialty).
- Solid exposure to E&M;, ED, and Surgery coding.
- Prior experience in project transition and client handling is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- CPC or CCS certification preferred.
