- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable property options.
- Conducting property presentations and site visits.
- Building and maintaining robust customer relationships.
- Negotiating with clients and closing property deals.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Managing and mentoring sales teams for senior positions.
- Developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing channel partner relationships and business development activities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Preparing sales performance reports for management.
