Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at road project sites.
- Ensure execution of road works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor activities such as earthwork, subgrade preparation, GSB, WMM, DBM, and BC.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers.
- Check material quality, site measurements, and workmanship.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and measurement books.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure project completion within the defined timeline and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria -

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in road construction projects.
- Knowledge of road construction methods, drawings, and quality standards.
- Valuable site supervision, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at project locations.
