Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Experience dealing with premium / affluent B2C customers.

- Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using banking products/services.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices for lead generation.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Positive in outbound sales calling

- Previous experience selling premium memberships or higher-value services.
