Project Consultant-National-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY - New Delhi

Your key responsibilities

- Demonstrate robust functional and consulting capabilities across people-focused domains.
- Sound understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management domains, including Organization design and workforce planning.
- Talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management.
- Compensation & benefits and rewards strategies.
- HR operating model and HR transformation initiatives.
- Ability to support end-to-end consulting projects, including data collection, diagnostics, and analysis.
- Process mapping and future-state design.
- Preparation of client-ready presentations, reports, and insights.
- Experience applying analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., workforce analytics, engagement surveys,



competency frameworks).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for storytelling, analysis, and executive communication.
- Exposure to HR technologies or digital HR solutions (e.g., HRMS, talent platforms, analytics tools) is an advantage.
- Adherence to consulting quality standards, timelines, and documentation practices.

Qualifications
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Master of Business Administration
- Master of Computer Applications
