Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
- Independently manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, community management, and performance monitoring.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar covering posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and other relevant formats.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, agencies, and internal teams to develop engaging and high-quality content.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Drive organic growth through creative content strategies, audience engagement, trend analysis, and platform-specific best practices.




- Monitor social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyse campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Manage stakeholder communication and external agency coordination while ensuring quality standards and agreed timelines are met.
- Take end-to-end ownership of social media initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and measurable business outcomes.
