Opening with a leading Financial Services company for their office in Salem.
Role: Relationship Manager - Retail Sales
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Roles & Responsibility:
- Drive mutual fund sales through IFAs, banks, and national distributors.
- Identify, acquire, and empanel new distributors and IFAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners.
- Activate dormant distributors and increase business from existing partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Increase market presence and improve product visibility in the assigned territory.
- Provide product-related support and market updates to distributors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in mutual fund sales, wealth management, or banking distribution.
- Valuable knowledge of mutual fund products and capital markets.
- Mandatory NISM certification.
