Role & responsibilities

- Design and deliver learning programs for Store Operations covering customer experience, product knowledge, functional skills, leadership and behavioral capabilities.
- Own the end-to-end LMS, including course/content management, user enrolment, learning journeys, completion tracking, reporting and adoption.
- Drive digital learning initiatives, including videos, podcasts and mobile-first content.
- Measure training effectiveness and business impact through relevant KPIs, feedback and learning analytics.
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs and SMEs to identify learning requirements and deliver relevant interventions.
- Maintain L&D; MIS and provide regular dashboards and insights to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of L&D;,



TNA and training delivery.
- Hands-on experience in LMS management and digital learning.
- Robust communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Canva.
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in L&D.;
- Strong analytical, project management and execution skills.

Education & Experience

- BBA/MBA / PGDM in HR/Learning & Development or MHRM / MSW
- 8+ years of relevant L&D; experience, preferably in Retail/Fashion/Consumer businesses.
- Experience in LMS management and large-scale learning programs preferred.
