Role & responsibilities

Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native architectures (Microservices, Event-driven) for Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems

. • Lead and also manage a team of BAs in translating Business requirements across core applications in to actionable inputs for IT Partners for delivery

• Create an Application Roadmap for Core applications in line with business objectives

• Drive the IT governance framework on New product development/enhancement and release management

• Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs -Techno-functional specifications - Development - UATProduction release

• API Architecture & Orchestration: Establish robust API gateways and workflow engines to seamlessly sequence calls between core banking systems, credit bureaus, and vendor AI endpoints

• Conduct Cost Benefit analysis of all major projects recommend a Prioritization Framework for project delivery keeping in mind the business objectives

• Effectively engage with User Group to meet the project delivery objectives and keep them updated on status of various projects

• Lead the Budget preparation existing and recent application developments

• Institutionalize best processes for effective production support and better stakeholder management Required Skills - Strong understanding of lending or mortgage domains, Strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving and understanding the big-picture. - AI API Implementation: Hands-on experience integrating and orchestrating third-party AI/ML APIs (LLMs, OCR, intelligent data extraction) into production financial workflows
