Role & responsibilities

- Design and define scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise technology standards.
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant platform solutions.
- Develop and review technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Define integration architecture and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
- Establish Salesforce architecture standards, coding guidelines, design patterns, security controls, and development best practices.
- Design data models, data migration strategies, sharing models, access controls, and solutions for large data volumes.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, identify architectural risks, and recommend scalable solutions that comply with Salesforce governor limits and platform capabilities.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Define CI/CD and release management strategies using Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, developers, administrators, and integration teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
- Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities,



including Data Cloud and Agentforce, where relevant to business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and technical solution design, with substantial hands-on platform experience.
- Robust expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, governor limits, data modeling, and large data volume management.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, MuleSoft, event-driven integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps tools, including Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, scalability, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into secure, maintainable, and cost-effective technical architectures.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect/System Architect certifications are desirable.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a significant advantage for senior enterprise architecture positions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions is an added advantage.
