Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex PL/SQL programs for various applications.
- Develop stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Optimize database performance by analyzing queries and implementing optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to database performance tuning and query optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in PL/SQL development with expertise in Oracle databases (9i/10g/11g).
- Proficiency in developing stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with Unix shell scripting is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of SQL programming language including syntax, data types, control structures, etc.
