Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle AR Calling activities for Provider Side Healthcare Billing.
- Work on both Physician Billing and Hospital Billing accounts.
- Analyze and resolve various claim denial scenarios.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, underpaid, and pending claims.
- Identify root causes of denials and initiate appropriate corrective actions.




- Document account activities accurately and maintain productivity standards.
- Escalate complex claim issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with client and payer guidelines while performing collections and denial follow-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in Provider Side Healthcare AR Calling.
- Mandatory experience in both Physician Billing & Hospital Billing.
- Robust knowledge of Denial Management and Resolution.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
