- Review, Revise and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement

Procurement & Vendor Management:

- Oversee procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers

Inventory Management:

- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production and sales requirements.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize shortages and excess stock.
