We are looking for an experienced Zonal Head – OEM / Motor to drive business growth, strengthen OEM and dealer partnerships, and lead strategic sales initiatives for a leading General Insurance Company.

Location: Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

1. OEM & Dealer Relationship Management

Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, dealers, and key business partners.

Develop strategic partnerships to drive motor insurance business.

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

Drive zonal business targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Identify current business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

3. Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

Drive team productivity and performance.

4. Strategic Planning & Analytics

Develop business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business metrics.

5. Renewals & Portfolio Management

Drive policy renewals, customer retention, and portfolio profitability.

Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.

6. Operational & Process Governance

Ensure process compliance,



operational efficiency, and adherence to company guidelines.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless business operations.

7. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain effective communication and strong stakeholder relationships.

Drive collaboration across internal teams and external business partners.

What We Expect

Education: Postgraduate qualification; MBA in Sales preferred. Insurance certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience: 14–18 years of experience in General Insurance, OEM, Bancassurance, or Channel Sales.
