Job Description Store Manager | Lenskart

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 34 years of retail experience, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Valuable understanding of sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
