Designation: Business Development Manager

Grade: Exe / AM / DM

Location: Mumbai (All areas)

BU/Function: Business Development Team

Reports to: SM CASA / Branch ManagerRole DetailsKey

Responsibilities:
Generate Recent Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.
Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION
Essential requirement: Bachelor/Master degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement:



0.6 to 7 Years

Preferred: - Experience in banking, finance, or a related field, with a focus on Credit Regulatory Reporting.

Any specific requirements

- Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles
- Prior sales experience in Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC/Pharma/Telecom sector is a must
- Preference would be given to candidates with Banking Sales background (Liability Products)
