Role & responsibilities
- To Plan, Design and furnish interiors of residential, commercial or industrial buildings.
- Formulate design that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes
- Carrying out all design tasks given by Sr. Associate Architect
- To ensure timely submission of drawings.
- To accept change requests from client and modify drawings.
- To prepare and submit Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as required.
- To ensure schedule as per project flow maintained by vendor.
- To attend site review meetings with / without Sr. associate
- Ensure that the project progress as per schedule is updated weekly with the Project Manager
- To organize for selection & procurement of materials, equipment for site use as required and approved by the Project In-Charge
- Participate in client meetings as required.
