Role & responsibilities

1) Assembly Shop - Sr. Executive / Engineer / Assistant Manager

- Ensure smooth assembly operations to achieve production targets, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor manpower utilization, line balancing, and adherence to safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and cycle time.

2) Quality - Engineer/Sr. Engineer

- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure customer quality requirements.
- Analyze defects, implement corrective actions, and monitor quality KPIs.
- Support audits and maintain quality documentation and control plans.

3) Mould Changer - Line Leader

- Perform mould changing activities as per production schedule and SOPs.
- Minimize mould changeover time and ensure machine readiness.
- Verify mould condition and coordinate with maintenance for issue resolution.

4) PPC - Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with production, SCM, and stores for material and capacity planning.
- Track plan adherence and optimize inventory and delivery performance.

5) Stores & Logistics - Assistant Manager





- Manage dispatch planning, transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Ensure on-time customer deliveries while optimizing logistics costs.
- Monitor stock accuracy and compliance with dispatch procedures.

6) Maintenance - Sr. Executive/Engineer

- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities.
- Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance efficiency.
- Support TPM activities and maintain maintenance records.

7) Mould Shop - Line Leader

- Coordinate procurement, supplier follow-up, and material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support uninterrupted production.
- Track supplier performance and improve supply chain efficiency.

8) Paint Shop - Engineer/Sr. Engineer

- Monitor paint shop operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Control painting process parameters, paint consumption, and defect reduction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and customer quality requirements.
