Position Details

- Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
- Qualification: B.E (Any Engineering Stream Preferred)
- Eligible Disciplines:

- Department Allocation: Design Engineering, Automation & Robotics, Project Management, and Quality

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Engineering

- Develop and modify engineering designs using CAD software.
- Prepare engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
- Support product development, design validation, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and performance.

2. Automation & Robotics

- Support industrial automation projects and robotic system integration.
- Assist in PLC programming,



control systems, and automation activities.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
- Contribute to process improvement, productivity enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency.

3. Project Management

- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and project status updates.

4. Quality

- Support quality assurance, inspection, and process control activities.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Support quality documentation and compliance with applicable standards.
