Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents
Drive business through the agency channel
Achieve sales and revenue targets
Provide ongoing support and motivation to advisors
Ensure quality business sourcing and customer satisfaction
Build robust relationships with agents and channel partners
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales, Agency, BFSI, Banking, Broking, or Direct Sales
Strong communication and team management skills
Local market knowledge preferred
