Role & responsibilities

Find Leads: Reach out to current clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.

Assess Needs: Listen to customer needs and review their risk profile to suggest suitable protection plans.

Present Policies: Explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and exclusions clearly and honestly.

Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for policies and premium revenue.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate customer data, call notes, and sales progress updated in the CRM system.

Support Clients: Assist customers during the documentation, renewal, and basic claims process.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor ' Degree

Communication Skills

6 Months - 5 year experience idealy in BFSI (Banking, Financial services and Insurance) Sector
