- Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners.
- Generate leads and source potential customers for various financial products.
- Drive cross-selling of General Insurance, Life Insurance, Car Loans, Education Loans, Overdraft (OD) facilities, and other eligible financial products.
- Achieve monthly business targets for loan sourcing, login, sanction, disbursement, and cross-selling.
- - Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in Home Loans, LAP, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services preferred.
- Knowledge of cross-selling financial products and insurance is an advantage.
- Ability to achieve business targets and develop channel partner networks.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
