Support technical and R&D; activities within the SB Division by contributing to manufacturing standardization, product and process development, quality improvement, technical analysis, technology management, and day-to-day technical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and revision of SOPs related to technical activities.
- Establishment of manufacturing conditions by product type.
- Evaluation of raw materials and application testing.
- New product development testing and history management, including current payment specifications.
- Quality improvement testing and history management.
- Discovery and development of individual technical tasks.
- Handling technology-related domestic and international affairs.
- Establishing technical plans and budgets.
- Obtaining technical information and supporting patent-related work.
- Creation of technology plans and monthly reporting/management.
- Technology and personnel recruitment and management.
- Competitor sample acquisition and analysis management.
- MSDS creation and history management.
- Sample and production-product quality history management.
- Analysis and identification of hazardous substances in nonwovens and raw materials.
- Technology and maintenance activities, including 5S, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Performing other technical tasks assigned as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering
Experience
Fresher or 1+ year of relevant experience.

- Minitab program / statistical analysis
- English communication
