Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day hub operations, last-mile delivery activities, manpower, and rider hiring. The candidate should have robust local area knowledge, team-handling skills, and the ability to ensure timely deliveries and smooth hub functioning.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Hub Operations: Manage daily hub activities, shipment processing, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Team Management: Supervise delivery associates, riders, and hub staff to achieve operational targets.
- Last-Mile Operations: Ensure timely deliveries, track pending shipments, and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Rider Hiring: Source, recruit, and onboard delivery riders based on business requirements.
- Manpower Management: Monitor attendance, productivity, rider availability, and workforce allocation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track operational KPIs, delivery TAT, productivity, and service levels.




- Local Area Knowledge: Understand local routes, pincodes, nearby areas, and delivery coverage.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, shipment discrepancies, and operational escalations.
- Reporting: Maintain daily operational reports and update trackers using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Required Skills

- Experience in hub operations or last-mile delivery operations.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of rider hiring and local manpower sourcing.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the assigned location.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Eligibility

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier, warehouse, or last-mile operations.
- Candidates with delivery team management and rider recruitment experience are preferred.
