Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales, lead the team and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, cash and POS activities.
- Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
- Monitor sales, conversion, customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Plan shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
- Maintain store hygiene,



product display and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure eye-checkup processes are followed as per SOP.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 4+ years in retail sales/operations.
- Prior team-handling/store management experience preferred.
- Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Positive leadership and team-management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given first preference.

Compensation
Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives, depending on experience and interview performance
