- Drive employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct RAG analysis and employee connect sessions.
- Facilitate SKIP meetings with leadership.
- Manage attrition, grievances, and POSH compliance.
- Oversee leave and attendance processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and POSH guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
