Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Accounts Payable professional with hands-on experience in NetSuite to manage end-to-end AP operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor management, payment coordination, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines
- Perform invoice verification, coding, and 2-way/3-way matching
- Manage vendor bill entries and payment processing in NetSuite
- Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and payment releases
- Monitor AP aging and ensure timely settlement of dues
- Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare AP reports, MIS reports, and audit documentation




- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and accounting teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of AP processes and invoice lifecycle.
- Experience in vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting fundamentals.
- Good proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
- Exposure to shared services or global finance operations.
- Knowledge of audit and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and workflow automation.
