We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect & Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in designing and implementing AI-powered contact center solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Bedrock, conversational AI, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

Build and deploy AI-powered voice and chat bot solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Nova Sonic.

Develop and integrate serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge.

Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector databases.

Design and optimize IVR workflows, voice bots, chat bots, and agent-assist solutions.

Integrate contact center platforms with enterprise applications and external systems.

Implement call summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI capabilities.

Ensure security, monitoring, scalability, and reliability of cloud solutions.





Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
