We are looking for a Full Stack Sitecore Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise digital experience solutions on Sitecore XP. You will work across the stack, from MVC.NET back-end components and Azure-hosted services to front-end development with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and contribute to high-quality, well-tested, production-ready code. You will collaborate with architects, QA, designers, and client stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customise Sitecore XP (9 or 10) solutions using .NET (8/10), C#, and MVC.NET, following Sitecore and industry best practices.
- Build responsive, accessible front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and implement Azure Functions and integrations using Azure Service Bus and Blob Storage.
- Work with Azure SQL Database, including schema design, queries, and performance considerations.
- Design, consume, and test REST APIs, using Postman for validation and documentation.
- Manage source control and CI/CD using Azure DevOps Git repositories and Pipelines.
- Write unit and integration tests using NUnit/xUnit within Visual Studio, and support a robust quality culture.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to improve productivity, with appropriate code review and human oversight.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, and sprint ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test,



and production environments.
- Document solutions and share knowledge with the wider team.

Essential Skills & Experience

Sitecore & Application Development

- Sitecore XP: hands-on experience with version 9 or 10 (templates, renderings, layouts, pipelines, and content architecture).
- Back end: .NET (8 or 10), C#, and MVC.NET.
- Front end: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Azure & DevOps

- Azure DevOps: Git repositories and Pipelines.
- Azure Functions: building and deploying serverless solutions.
- Messaging and storage: Azure Service Bus and Blob Storage.
- Data: Azure SQL Database.

Quality, Tooling & Ways of Working

- Testing: NUnit/xUnit and Visual Studio.
- API: Postman and a solid understanding of REST concepts.
- AI-assisted development: practical experience with tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Sitecore serialization experience: Sitecore TDS, Unicorn, and/or Sitecore Content Serialization.
- Experience integrating with PIM (Product Information Management) systems.
- Swagger/OpenAPI for API design and documentation.
- Search technologies such as Algolia, Solr, or Azure Search.
- Sitecore certification.

Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Sitecore or Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus but not required.
