Job Description: CRM Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive with experience in client handling and design consultation, preferably in the modular kitchen or wardrobe industry. The candidate will manage initial customer interactions, understand requirements, provide preliminary design guidance, qualify leads, and hand over suitable prospects to our Design & Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, and digital marketing channels.

* Understand customer requirements, design preferences, budget, location, and project timelines.

* Provide initial guidance on modular kitchen and wardrobe layouts, materials, finishes, and functionality.

* Explain Home Chapters offerings and consultation process.

* Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, purchase intent, and readiness.





* Schedule consultations and hand over qualified leads to Design & Sales Consultants with complete customer information.

* Maintain accurate customer records, interaction history, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.

* Ensure timely responses and a positive initial customer experience.

Candidate Profile

* 2-5 years of experience in CRM, customer handling, or interior designing/Architecture.

* Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or residential interiors preferred.

* Basic understanding of interior design, materials, finishes, and layouts.

* Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

* Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
