Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage manpower handling effectively by allocating tasks efficiently and providing guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards through regular inspections and process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering) to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in aluminum die casting, HPDC production engineering or related field.
- Diploma or BE degree in any specialization; relevant certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
