Job Description Tender & Business Development Executive

- Government Tendering: Search and analyze GeM/CPP tenders, assess eligibility and fees, and independently handle tender preparation and submission from start to finish.
- Tender Execution: Manage EMD, documentation, e-way bills, accounting, and timely submission of bids.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transporters and drivers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Private Business Development: Identify opportunities, prepare company profiles and proposals, and follow up with clients.
- Project Billing: Prepare bills and follow up on payments for ongoing projects.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate records of EMDs and security deposits.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency, quick and accurate working style, good coordination and communication skills.
