Job Title: Oracle HCM QA Automation Tester
Work Location: Remote First preference for candidates based in Hyderabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (USA), approximately 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for Quality Assurance Testers to support Oracle HCM by maintaining and executing existing automated regression test suites. The role involves validating Oracle HCM quarterly platform releases and internal releases, analyzing test execution results, identifying defects, and maintaining accurate test documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute existing automated regression test suites for Oracle HCM quarterly platform releases.
- Execute regression automation for internal releases as per the established release schedule.
- Analyze test results, identify failures, and determine potential defects requiring resolution.
- Validate failed test cases and perform re-runs to confirm results.
- Create and maintain defect tickets with reproduction steps, environment/build details, logs, screenshots, severity recommendations, and impacted business processes.
- Maintain test execution evidence and documentation.
- Update suite maintenance logs, including changes made, reasons for updates, change references, and impacted test coverage.




- Prepare regression execution reports for each quarterly and internal release cycle.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate failures and support defect resolution.

Required Deliverables

1. Regression Execution Report: Test run ID, execution window, pass/fail summary, failed test cases, supporting evidence, and re-run results.
2. Defect Tickets: Detailed defect descriptions, reproduction steps, environment/build information, logs/screenshots, severity recommendations, and impacted business processes.
3. Suite Maintenance Log: Details of test suite updates, reasons for changes, links to changes, and impacted test coverage.

Preferred Skills

- Oracle HCM application testing.
- Automated regression testing and test suite execution.
- Test result analysis and defect identification.
- Defect tracking and test evidence documentation.
- Test case maintenance and release validation.
- Experience supporting quarterly platform releases and internal release cycles.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in QA testing, preferably with Oracle HCM.
- Hands-on experience executing existing automated test suites.
- Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work the US Eastern Time shift.
